On April 27th, with bright sunshine and warm spring breeze, the company team welcomed the long-waiting team building and expansion activity. The location of this event was chosen at the beautiful Lanyu Farm, aiming to enhance communication and collaboration among team members and enhance team cohesion through a series of team collaboration projects.

Gather at Lanyu Farm time in the morning. Along the way, everyone cheered and laughed, full of anticipation. After arriving at the farm, what caught the eye was lush trees and fresh and pleasant air. The staff of the farm warmly welcomed all colleagues and arranged a spacious and comfortable barbecue area for them.

Quickly divide into groups and immerse yourself in the preparation work before the barbecue. Some are responsible for moving ingredients and barbecue tools, while others are busy building barbecue racks and lighting charcoal fires. Everyone worked together, busy and orderly and a unique team atmosphere permeated the air.

With the ignition of the charcoal fire, the barbecue activity officially kicked off. Sitting together with the barbecue grill, we began a feast of taste buds. The aroma of grilled meat is overflowing, making people drool. Everyone was exchanging barbecue techniques with each other, sharing delicious baked dishes, and laughing and cheering up incessantly.

In addition to barbecue, the company also prepares various team building games. The first activity is an ice breaking game. Colleagues were divided into several small groups and quickly broke through their initial unfamiliarity and restraint through a series of fun games. Everyone demonstrated different personalities and talents in the game, which also enhanced mutual understanding and trust.

Next is the team collaboration project. My colleagues challenged four classic expansion projects. In these projects, everyone needs to fully trust their teammates and work closely together to complete tasks. Through repeated attempts and efforts, I gradually discovered the secrets of teamwork and deeply experienced the greatness of team power. In the game, everyone fully demonstrated the spirit of teamwork, cooperated with each other and completed tasks together. Every victory brings everyone joy and every failure brings everyone closer together.

At the end of the activity, the team with the best performance was rewarded. The entire team building barbecue activity was full of joy and warmth. Not only did everyone taste the delicious food, but they also gained deep friendships and precious memories. This event has made colleagues more deeply aware of the importance of teamwork and strengthened their beliefs in moving forward together.
